Our 401k Plan is set-up to auto enroll employees the first of the month after 60 days. The deduction from your paycheck is pre-tax and will begin at 2% and increase yearly by 1% until the limit is reached. Your default investments will be applied to a retirement account with the best investments for your age range. You can access your account online to make changes to your investments, savings rate, add a beneficiary , or to stop contributing.
